Hello, I have a rebel t5i camera and jave been using it for the past 5 years. I do mostly concert, sports and dancing type photography. I am looking to upgrade to another dslr camera. ( im not trying to buy all new lenses at this moment) im looking for something to help with the shutter speed and reduce noise in the photos. Especially in low light. I was looking at the 7d mark ii or 5d mark iv. But im not sure which should be my next move. I also want the ability to connect via wifi and possibly touch screen. But definitely wireless connection. Please let me know what you think.

Hey Art, depending on which lenses you own you can and probably should upgrade to a mirror-less at this point. The EF lenses and DSLR's are moving to end of life and service could be a challenge in the near future. On a positive note if your EF lenses are not older they can be adapted to MILC and will perform great.
With your desired configuration and photography style I would suggest you look at the R6 MkII and the Canon EF/RF adapter to get the most out of your lenses, third party adapters still have some challenges when using them on Canon gear.
The R6 Mark II sensor is coveted for its balance of resolution and dynamic range. The 24.2-megapixel full-frame DIGIC X CMOS sensor produces detailed images and good low-light performance. The new sensor's readout speed controls rolling shutter when shooting in burst.
It provides advanced head, face and eye detection, it automatically detects and focuses on a person's head, face, or eye—even the left or right eye—plus, effectively tracks the whole body, face, or eye of animals for fast, accurate image captures.
Built-in 5GHz Wi-Fi, and bluetooth 5 technology makes it easy to upload and share photos and movies to your favorite social networks using the Canon Camera Connect app.

Got it, what does your budget look like for the body?

Greetings,
I too would urge you to consider mirrorless.
Take a look at these Canon Refurbished body's.
The 5D IV is actually more than the R6 mkII. While its currently out of stock, inventory changes frequently.

One thing you didn't tell us (besides a budget) was what lenses you currently own? You will not want to use any EF-S lenses on a full frame mirrorless body (R6 mkII), and its not physically possible on a DSLR (5D mkIV) anyway.
No doubt a 7D mkII will outperform the T5i in every way starting with its dual Digic 6 processors, 65 point AF vs. the 9 you have now + it's magnesium body (build quality alone) over the T5i. Except one important detail. It doesn't have wireless. You mentioned that was important, so this would take it out of the running.
Just some additional things to consider. if you are truly considering the 5D mkIV, then the R6 mkII as Marc suggested is well within your reach.
