Lens for the EOS R5 shooting in Low Light

Thank You,

I shoot products and will try my hand occasionally at splash photography as well.

So I’m thinking a 2.5 rf for my R5? I have the 100 macro rf now but I would like something for evening shots as well any recommendations between the 24-70rf or the 70-200rf?

I would like to also use the lens for products as well.

Greetings ,

Based on your description, it sounds like the RF24-70 f.2.8 would be a good lens option.  The RF 35mm is also popular for product photography. The RF 70-200 is not ideal for product photography.

I'm afraid I don't know what "splash" photography is, or what your "2.5" is in reference to.  We're happy to answer more questions if you want to clarify.

Thank you for your reply.

First I meant 2.8 sorry for the confusion and splash photography involves freezing a splash motion.

This happens when liquid droplets or an object just breaks the liquid surface and you capture/freeze the upwards motion of the liquid or the swirl made in glass container.
