I see everyone recommend r6 mark ii and ive seen it be compared with the r5 i or ii and ive compared them myself but i feel like r6 mark ii in terms of specs is still better. It just seems like a very overall versatile camera with great low light features and af. I feel like it also really does both photo and video really well.
Is there really anything that would be “better” than the r6ii?

Greetings
Is it the best overall?... That depends what you're looking for. It is, however, the most popular mirrorless camera Canon sells. It's features and performance is pretty hard to beat.
Are you trying to convince yourself to buy one? Unless you need resolution above 24 megapixels, it's about as good as it gets. It has an excellent value to feature ratio and a very attractive price point.
