Hi Canon Community,
We're running a controlled test with three Canon R5 bodies in our studio, striving for consistent results. We've ensured all critical settings are identical across all three cameras:
•Same Lenses (swapped around to confirm it's not lens-specific)
•Exact Kelvin White Balance Settings
•Identical Picture Styles
Matching Color Spaces (e.g., sRGB or Adobe RGB)
Despite these efforts, Camera #1 consistently outputs images with a colder, bluer cast when compared directly to the other two.
We're looking for any advice or insights into why this particular R5 might be showing a color shift. Could it be normal sensor variation, internal calibration differences, or something else? Thanks in advance for your help!

Have you reset all settings back to factory defaults (to include any custom settings)? Were you capturing RAW, JPEG, both?
Assuming the scene you captured the images in was using the same exact (and non-changing) lighting conditions?
As a next step, prop should contact Canon to look into doing a repair/service.
