Shutter sound

Is there any way to not have a shutter sound on the EosT3i? I use it during prayers and don't want it to desturb  people.

No.  That's the sound of the mirror moving up and down.  A couple of the higher end models have a quiet mode...  it's not silent, but quieter.  But you're always going to have some sound from a dSLR.
