Hi, for the past few days I've been having a very annoying problem with the image.canon service connecting to the Lightroom cloud service to send photos from image.canon directly to Lightroom... Now it's impossible to connect to the Adobe server... What on earth is going on?
I've attached a screenshot of the problem... I understand it's more of an Adobe issue than a Canon one... Please help.

That's not a serious response, Canon. We pay for your products and services, and your cheap and unprofessional response is absolutely unacceptable. You have a problem with Image.Canon and Lightroom, and millions of people use it. I can't accept that you're stalling and washing your hands of the problem. It's not that difficult to take note of this report and investigate what's happening because it's a global problem with your servers. Something has broken, and you don't want to worry about the problem. Therefore, I urge you to investigate this. We pay for Canon cameras, we pay for the Adobe premium subscription to use this feature of automatically sending photos uploaded to Image.Canon to Lightroom, and it's a disgrace that it's been like this for almost a week and you haven't been able to fix it.
Thank you
