Problem with Canon R3 camera

Hi, two days ago I had a problem with my Canon R3 mirrorless camera, knowing that the lens with stabilization is from the same brand, also in both cases while operating the lens with stabilization there is some jumping (shaking, glitch) in the video, which is also clear in the already recorded video, and when turning off the lens stabilization the jumping disappears, what is the reason and how can I solve this problem?

"both cases"?

What lenses?

Is the camera on a tripod?

No, the camera is not mounted on a tripod. The lenses are Canon 24-70 and Canon 200-70 as well.

Are these EF or RF Mount versions. Please give FULL NAMES of the lenses in question.

Are you trying to capture videos of distant surroundings?  While IS is enabled?

No, it is not far, in the middle of the distance, i.e. 35 mm
