Playback Button Help

T6i playback button won’t display my photos it’s a new camera all other buttons work is it a setting issue?

I can't think of any setting that would could cause that. Call Canon.

It could be the SD card or somehow the file names got corrupted. Did you format the card in the camera prior to using it? Can you view the pictures on a computer? Is it a full size SD card and not a micro in an adapter? Those micros in an adapter can cause these types of problems.
