Locked out of making changes to settings (6D MII)

I must have inadvertently changed a setting somewhere/somehow, but now I am unable to use the LED touch screen to make setting changes (ISO, aperture, shutter speed). When I do, it highlights a symbol in the corner that appears to by the Q screen symbol, but no indication of how to turn that off. I am able to make setting changes on the camera buttons, just not on the screen.

Thanks for any help.

Have you checked the lock switch to ensure it’s not on. If it’s set to locked the touch screen is DISABLED and so is the quick control wheel. The big dial on the back of the camera. The lock switch is located under the quick control wheel.
