I'll assume you mean 70D & the answer is YES for all of them. (Nikon made the D70)

The Canon 70D has an APS-C size sensor. APS-C stands for "Advanced Photo System - Classic" - this was a "film" standard. The digital sensors are referred to as "APS-C" (even though they don't take APS film) because the physical dimensions of the sensor are nearly the same size as a frame of APS-C film. It's a bit smaller than "full frame" sensor -- which is physically the same size as a frame of 35mm film (about 60% larger).
The 70D can use _any_ EOS lens in the Canon lineup with the exception of the two EF-M lenses (the number of currently manufactured lenses changes from time to time, but in general it's about 75 lenses that work with it -- plus quite a number of compatible lenses which are no langer made but are compatible nonethless.)

In other words, on 70D you can use any Canon "EF" or "EF-S" lens. That's a lot of lenses to choose among! About the only Canon lenses you can't use are the EF-M designation, and there are only a couple of those (so far).
You also can use modern third party lenses "made for Canon". Those pretty much all use the EF mount. Some are "crop only", while others are "full frame compatible", but you don't need to worry because you can use both types on a 70D. (As opposed to a "full frame" camera such as the 5D Mark III or 6D, where you can only use "full frame compatible" lenses.)
You also can get adapters to pretty easily use many vintage lenses... Old Nikon F, Olympus OM, Pentax K, Pentax screwmount and many more can be adapted. These lenses won't support autofocus or aperture control from the camera, so are slower to shoot with, but can be used.
The modern Canon mount is one of the most flexible of all DSLRs, allowing you to choose among and potentially use literally millions of lenses.
