Hi Guys,
Than you for viewing my question.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
I own a 70D. Last weekend, I shot some images using "Vivid" Mode. Although I can view these images on my Cmera's LCF panel, as well as Canon's "Image Browser", I cannot donload and save thgese images. I am runningbWindows 10.
Much thanks

This makes no sense at all. There is no difference between a JPEG created with VIVID vs one without. Have you tried a card reader? If you can see them in image browser, they are in your computer - that is they are downloaded.

Yep... That sounds pretty bizarre. Did you maybe switch from shooting jpegs to raw files, or raw+jpeg? Not that it really explains the behavior you're describing. I'm just grabbing at straws here.

Hi kvbarkley
Thankyou for replying to my post.
I have since downloaded Canon's "Image Browser" software (Oops and Mea Culpa) and retrieved the "missing" 30 images.
Once again, much thanks for your assistance re this overall issue.
Cheers
