How do I stop my T6i from trigger the flash as I am doing my amber shops? If I look in flighting its showing that the T6i trigger the flash!

Which mode are you in? If you are in qreen-square, switch to Flash-Off mode.

I am not familiar with 2 terms you used, amber shops and "look in flighting". There are different ways to turn the flash off depending on which shooting mode you are in, with the most simple being using the mode dial to "flash off". page 67 of the manual.
