Flash canon 7d

Hi every one... my 7d pops up the flash and the camera switch off for about 1 min and goes on again... as the the flash is poped up if i try to focus it goes off again ... with external flash attacked works normally... please any help? Did not see any thing similar so far in the internet... already updated software and same problem is there...

How old is your battery?

Battery from 2012 but also have another one from 2014... same problem using any one... even both batteries on the grip the problem remains.

It's not the battery.  But you do need to call Canon Support.
