I recently got my EOS R50 working as a webcam, however it only does 1080p30, I know it can record at 4k30, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get it higher than 1080p30 as a webcam, or if it's even possible?

The EOS R50 is not listed on Canon's Webcam Utility website as being compatible. How are you connecting the camera to your computer and what software are you using?
See this from the camera's manual:

You don't have to use the software, it's considered 'plug and play.'
When plugged in, it only outputs at a resolution of 1080p30.

And how are you plugging it in to your computer and what streaming software?

A usb-c cable, along with the camera app on widows.

Looks like 2k 30 fps with USB connection. This info is in the camera's manual.

Thank you, unfortunately it seems like for webcam purposes, it can only do 1080p30. Thank you for your time.
