I recently purchased the Canon EOS 90D with the purpose of filming short videos.
I've attempted to use the "Rode Videomic Go ii" as my external mic, however, it doesn't seem to work with my camera. I can confirm my camera detects the mic, however when I playback recorded video, I can only hear a faint static. I can also confirm that the mic does work.
Searching through these forums, it seems either this specific mic doesn't work with the "EOS 90D", or my camera has a hardware fault. Anyone else having this same issue?
