I work for a tour company in Oahu, Hawaii. We use the camera every day to capture wildlife photos on our tour boat. This morning, the camera had an Error 20 code, saying "An error prevented shooting. Turn the camera off and on again or re-install the battery."
Obviously, I tried this in varying sequences throughout the day and the camera still has the error. If I do have to send it in, what is the contact number or information to send the camera to Canon. I've been newly appointed photo lead and my previous lead has left me zero information so I'm looking for some guidance.

What lenses are you using Canon or 3rd Party please provide the FULL NAME of the lenses in question. Saying "Canon 24-105mm" Isn't good enough or complete. What Batteries are you using Canon or 3rd Party. Are you using a battery grip. Are you using an external flash on the camera if so Canon or 3rd Party. What brand, size and type SD Card are you using.
Here is a picture of an example picture of a lens. This may NOT be your exact lens. So please provide the full name of yours.
