Hello,
I have a Canon EOS 4000D and it did not had a USB cable, I bought one and I tried to connect the camera to a laptop with windows 10 but it doenst detect the camera.
Also in the wi-fi section of the menu it doesnt show the possibility of transfer images to a computer. I tried to transfer to a smartphone and it did transfer the images ewith the wi-fi.
Can anyone help me? I want to transfer imagens from the camera to my laptop.

Never mind... I had the Wi-fi enabled. You have to desable the Wi-Fi funtcion to connect with a usb cable.

I cant get mine to connect whatsoever, i have already tried everything and i dont get it. the ONY thing i have not tried is using a usb cable, i bought the small hdmi cable and it didnt recongize it at all! I am SO TIRED of not being able to transfer my pics from my awesome camera to my computer!!!
