7D + Tamron Lens

My camera is a Canon 7D (which is a crop body) and i have the Tamron 17-50mm 2.8 which I use all the. If I switch to a full frame body (like a 5D Mark III), will my Tamron fit the full frame body of the Canon 5D Mark III?

If it's this lens NO it won't work, or should I say it will but it will look like you're shooting through a pipe.
