my zoom dial does not rolling...its stack.it move just a littel bit...what can i do...plz plz plz help me

Yes, that macro distance means you have the EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens by Canon.  No focus lock.

If by "zoom dial" you mean what is known as the "zoom ring" on the lens, then your lens may be in need service.  You should try to contact Canon U.S. support at 1-800-OK-CANON for assistance.
