Found both for around 150 USD, I own a Canon Rebel T7I/800D and I can afford both, but I'm thinking of getting one between these 2 and then a wide angle Tokina lens.
The only 2 lenses I own are the kit 18-55mm and 50mm F1..8, both lenses I mentioned in the title seem like they are generally good walk around lens so I don't have to change lens when I'm travelling. I mostly take street photography but I'm undecided between these 2.
Thanks for the help in advance.

Since you mentioned walk around/street work without changing lenses I'd vote for the EF-S 18-135mm.
When I'm doing inconspicuous street on an RF body it's with the RF 24-240 to not have to change lenses.
You already have a kit lens that's close to the alternative so go for that extra reach.
Enjoy the streets!
