Hey y’all! Switch up some gear and need a lens to cover my kids soccer games (9 YOA) and maybe once in a blue moon some wildlife. I will be using an R6 with it and am worried that the EF 100-400 may struggle to keep up with the auto focus. Weight isn’t a huge deal. Had the RF 70-200 2.8 before and loved the auto focus and image quality, but felt like it didn’t always have enough reach. Sold it to fund an RF 28-70, and don’t want to sink that much money in a lens for this purpose at the moment.
