I have a Canon HZ2510DR 10-250mm TV Zoom Lens that came on a periscope I just bought.
Does anyone know anything about this glass?
I can't even find anything on the web about the HZ model.

For what purpose, Bob?
Not knowing anything about it either, it could be a challenge to mount it to a DSLR if that is your goal.

I would like to disassemble, clean and service the lens and possably mount a videa camera for reinstallation back into the periscope from which it came.
What camera or mounting system for camera options and other questions hover over this project. Any knowledge of this lens whould provide a pathe to solutions to the problem of redeployment or replacement.
Thanks,
Bob

This will be a daunting task. You must maintain the exact focal length that the lens is designed for or you will lose focus ability.

Well, you've got the picture. I have no source for information for focal length or any other factors. I may just scrap it and deploy new matched and fully functional equipment.
I spend a lot of time and money trying to save a buck or two.
In re-reading my prior posts I can see that I could also benefit from using the spell check or at least re-reading prior to hitting "POST".
