Greetings ,
I'm not sure what it is you are asking? Are you looking to buy a replacement hood or did you have another question? Please use Google translate for assistance.
We are happy to try and help you.

I have Canon EF 300mm f4. My lens hood is losing and doesn’t hold up. What should I do?

Greetings,
I understand now. Your hood is loose and wobbles a bit. The hood itself is integrated. You pull it forward and turn to the right to lock. Canon USA still services this lens.
If you're in the United States, register your lens in the MyCanon portal and set up a repair request.
If you are outside the United States, you will need to seek service in the country where you reside.

Hi Boshu1067.
To clarify a bit. If you have the EF 300mm F4 L IS version (the one with image stabilization), then Canon USA is still performing repairs for units in the United States. If your lens is the EF 300mm F4 L (non-IS) version, that lens has been retired and no longer repaired by Canon USA.
If you live in the USA, you can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you find a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.
Hope this helps!
