hi ,
my Lens
Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L go broke in the middle, the crack is quite visible. Can it be fixed plz and what will be the charges ?

Honestly between shipping expense and repair you would probably be better off buying a used lens in excellent condition. I took a look at MPB and KEH and found some in the $500 - $600 range. When you look at the total cost of repair plus shipping there probably won't be much difference.

I agree shipping, insurance, parts and labor is probably going to exceed the lens value but the estimate is free if you want to send it in to Canon. 1 (800) 652-2666

Example: I bought a P&S camera for my wife at $85. Lens wouldn't retract. Local camera shop quoted $100 to fix it.
