I constantly get an error message saying printer driver in use. I have deleted all drivers to the best of my ability, including fron the device manager tabs, all the way to where I could find them in the registries. Have rebooted multiple times. Still getting the same message. Please help.

To add, I am using Windows 8. I dont think that should be a problem, since the printer was working fine before with Windows 8. I recently changed my router, and therefore was trying to update the wireless networking settings, when all hell brole losse 😞

Thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, there's no forum in the country where I am currently residing, to help me solve the issue, and the FAQs dont really address my problem. I have been looking around, and it seems that this issue is not so much a model issue, but much more an issue of old printer drivers being left behind, cauing re-installation to fail. And this seems to be having to folks in the US as well. I was hoping that you would have either a solution for me, or a utility that helps me get rid of the old drivers, so I can do a clean install.
