I'm new to this forum and hoping you can solve my problem
I have a canon pixma mp560 multifunctional printer fitted with an continuous ink system, all has worked fine until a few weeks ago, any graphic that is made up using the magenta or red inks print out brown, I get the same results using different software from the p.c or using the copy facility on the printer.
I followed all the trouble shooting solutions and maintenance checks provided with the printer software and have ran out of ideas, all help will be appreciated.
