printer not responding

I have the Canon MX 430 and recently my printer will not respond (error msg "printer not responding) to my computer (Dell Inspiron, windows 7 Home Premium).  Wireless network.  This only happens with my computer and printing function of the MX 430 (printer works fine with other computers on wireless network). I can scan a doc using the same computer to send scan commands on the wireless network and the MX 430 responds.  Everything used to work fine but for some reason the printer function will not respond to my computer now.  How to fix??

tried your solution.  Port seemed fine.  No change, "Printer not responding".  What next???  Remove printer from computer and add back?
