pixma tr8520 Scanning multiple page issue - via autofeed

When I scan via the autofeeder, the scanner cuts off about 1/4" on the left side of the documents.....the guide is as far it will go.

Any ideas?

Hello.

Make sure that the paper size options are set correctly in the IJ Scan Utility program.  Open the program and click Settings to ensure that the correct size is selected.
