Try to send fax and this is what I received back.

tx canceled: rx fax info mismatch

Hi bluesaleen2003,

 

Turning off the Check RX Fax Info setting of the unit should resolve the fax mismatch error.  To do this, please follow these steps from the printer's operation panel:

1.  Press the SETUP button, then use the arrow buttons to select FAX SETTINGS, then press he OK button.  The Fax settings screen is displayed.

2.  Use the arrow buttons to select SECURITY CONTROL, then press the OK button.

3.  Use the arrow buttons to select CHECK RX FAX INFO, then press the OK button.

4.  Use the arrow buttons to select OFF, then press the OK button.

5.  Press the FAX button to return to the main fax screen, then attempt to send a fax again.
