I own Canon MF4780W used to work fine (connected with USB cable). With no changes on my PC (Win. 7 32bit) MF Tool Box 4.9 is not working now and I can't scan anymore. I get this error message "MF Toolbox Application has stopped working". I used to be able to push the key SCAN to PC1 on my device but now this not working too. No printing issue. Just scan problem.
Already uninstalled MFTool 4.9 and re-installed. Updated with the latest version...! Did not work. I have to prepare some works soon, please help me.
