Hello,
Just bought an ix6820 Pixima and when I try to print 11x17 it pulls the paper through and doesnt print. The the orange lgiht flashes twice indicating the wrong paper size. I assured the the image is set up with an artboad of 11x17. I am using 11x17 paper. I am using Adobe Illustratror but I tried printing from Acrobat and the Cannon Easy Print software. I am on a MAC with OS 11 Big Sur. I am not sure why this is happening. Any helpw ould be appreciated.
