i9900 Stopped working with Windows 10

have a canon i9900. has stopped working with windows 10. do I need a new driver?

It appears that the i9900 is only compatible with computers running Windows 7 and earlier.

new driver  epps-win-4_7_0-en.exe info says it works with Windows 10 (and 11 and 8 and 8.1); however Easy-Photo EX still says the printer is not installed. Any suggestions?

The program you mentioned is not a driver, it's the Easy Photo Print software.

This printer came out in 2004 (almost 20 years ago), and was retired nearly 10 years ago. Product support is no longer available. Driver and content updates are not being made.
