i560s printer not printing black ink. All tests black ink great but won't print documents.

I have an i560s printer that has decided not to print documents in black ink.  Performed tests but black ink shows up great. Have not used in a long time and hooked up to new computer.  Prints colors great and the text on emails fine but will not documents, just blank page.  Maybe not printer problem but computer???
