g6020 problem printing pdf file

I have a G6020 printer and when I try to print a pdf that included photographs, it does not print the photos, only the text.

Hi pcharles,

First, please print a test page.  To do this, please follow these steps:

1.  Press the wrench and screwdriver button on your PIXMA G6020.

2.  Use the arrow keys to select Maintenance and press OK.

3.  Use the arrow keys to select Nozzle Check and press OK.

The test page will print.
