My cannon printer MX439 is making a clicking noise and double printing. I have ran all of the maint. utilities and even powered it off. If you have any help on this matter it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi stacieneal,
If you have already performed cleanings, deep cleanings and print head alignments on the printer to no avail, cleaning the encoder film of the printer may resolve the double printing and clicking noise issue. To do this, please follow the steps located at the link below:
If you still experience the same issue after cleaning the encoder film, the printer will require servicing. Please call or email us at one of the methods on the Contact Us page to obtain your servicing options.
