Thank you Dear for your message. It was kind of you to response so quick.
1. I have a Pixma MX892 and use the Windows-7 OS.
2. I checked the cartridges twice to make sure that they were properly seated in there slots. All cartridges had ink in them.
The page I'm printing currently:http://designsbyjoy.net/Light_Filters.htm
3. I tried printing 2 different web pages and they both came out Cyan.
4. I then tried "Copy" with a colored page and that came out Cyan.
5. I tried "Copy" in B&W with the same colored page and that came out "OK."
6. I then connected another MX892 and was able to "Copy" and "Print" in color.
