Can someone please help. Brand new TS7720 and every time I have to print something I have to shut down and restart the printer. It’s not the auto shut off. That’s turned off and it’s still an issue. I can print a document and two minutes later print something else and my computer “can’t locate” the printer. Meanwhile it’s powered on and the screen shows the Home Screen. I’ve reset up the WiFi, the initial set up. What am I missing? Why do I have to restart for every print job??

Hi mdehoog,
Please try disabling IPv6 on your printer. To do this, please follow these steps:
1. Turn your PIXMA TS7720 on.
2. Tap the Wi-Fi icon in the lower left corner of your TS7720's display.
3. Tap Wi-Fi.
4. Tap the Advanced button at the bottom.
5. Tap TCP/IP settings.
6. Tap IPv6.
7. Tap Yes.
8. Tap Enable/disable IPv6.
9. Tap Disable.
"Processing..." will appear.
Once complete, please press the HOME button.
