TS5051 blank PDF prints

Hi all,

My TS5051 is not printing PDFs, they are completly blank or with limited black.

  • Printing from Canon Print app on Android, select Document print, select Print, fully blank page
  • Printing from Chrome browser on Android, select Print, text is outlined in faint gray but not filled in.
  • Printing from Acrobat on Windows or Chrome, either blank or text is outlined in faint gray.

PNG, JPG all fine from either Canon Print app or Chrome browser.

I've not tried anything to solve as yet, wondering has anyone come across this issue before and resolved it?

Thanks.
