I am receiving an error message "Support Code 1411 An Ink tank cannot be recognized' The cyan tank had been working fine until I received this message. I replace the ink tank with a new one but still get this message. The problem persists when I remove and reinsert the tank and when I disconnect the printer. What is the problem?
