Hello!
I am trying to sell my Canon Pixma TS5320 printer that I purchased in 2020. I had printed some confidential documents, and worried about the printer potentially storing the sensitive information in these documents that I had printed. How do I delete storage/memory in the printer before I sell it?
Thank you in advance!

Hi llin58,
The PIXMA TS5320 does not save any of the items that were scanned or printed.
If you wish to reset your PIXMA TS5320 back to factory defaults, please follow these steps:
1. Please turn your PIXMA TS5320 on.
2. Next, please press the OK button.
3. Repeatedly press the down arrow to select Device settings and press the OK button.
4. Repeatedly press the down arrow to select Reset settings and press the OK button.
5. Repeatedly press the down arrow to select Reset all and press the OK button.
6. Use the up arrow to select Yes and press the OK button.
7. When "The settings have been reset." appears, press the OK button.
This sets all settings you made to your PIXMA TS5320 back to their defaults.
