Pixma MP990 - scanner works intermittently.  Get the above error when it doesn't work.  I've had some problems with the printer also - in that case, it says printer is in error mode???  Is there a problem with Windows 10?

Hello.

The MP990 is not compatible with Windows 10.  This unit only appears to be compatible with computers running Windows 8.1 and earlier.
