I replaced the blank ink cartridge on my Canon Pixma 3500 series inkjet last week, with no problems. The color cartridge flashed it was getting low on ink, so I bought a Canon PIXMA 246 XL cartridge and just replaced it. When I closed the front of the printer, it did not do its usual actions, the ink cartridge carrier did not move, I have both the alarm and the CL lights flashing, and the door to the cartridge area is closed and does not open. What's my next step?
