Printer MG3100 wont print

I have looked every where for my manual to help find out what my error message is.  Orange Triangle is flashing with P02  flashing.  I dont know what this means.  Can anyone help??  Thanks in advance!

Hi TraceyB,

There are several reasons the P02 error may appear:  

• An ink tank(s) is not seated properly.
• Paper is jammed or there is an object inside the printer.
• The printer needs to be reset.
• The encoder film/strip may need to be cleaned.
