Pixma ip8750 streaky print issue

Hi, Im having an issue with my Pixma IP8750. Whenever i print a photo it prints fine the first third of the way down then becomes streaky. This is happening despite having done nozzle cleaning, nozzle deep cleaning, and ive even tried to flush the system. Ive replaced a load of cartridges too. The only one im waiting to replace is the grey cartridge which is on order, but the system says its at least a third full having replaced not that long ago and i still dont understand why that would cause it to print fine for some of the photo? Does anyone have any ideas?
