Pixma MG5420 Error 6502

Had a bad paper jam on the mg5420 while printing. Received the 6502 code and cleared the jam. Tried to reset and has not worked since. I read the 6502 error could be problems with the ink cartridges and I did the steps to try and clear that with no luck. I still have the code and dont know what to do next.

I understand your PIXMA MG5420 displayed support code 6502. You were able to clear the papar jam; however, the support code remains.

With the support code still being displayed the print is still detecting foreign objects/debris. Click HERE for addition information on checking the unit for additional paper jams and clearing them.
