I have a Canon Pixima ix6820 which Ive had for over a year. At the time of purchase I bought generic ink "EZ ink part number EZ 250/250XL_ 15 P". It says it expires 5/28/21
All of a sudden, I'm getting error code 1411 and 1413 "ink cannot be recognized".
I've:
1) replaced every ink cartidge in every combination you could think - (inserting the black first, then closing the lid, then opening and inserting the next.
2) Ive power cycled multiple times, and I've left it unplugged for over five minutes.
3) Ive re-seated the ink head.
4) Ive thouroughly cleaned the ink head.
5) I have new ink being shipped via amazon prime. Should be here this Saturday.
Any ideas?
