Message states "printer is in error state". Documents remain on print que. Don't know what is happening or how to fix. Windows 10. Google Chrome browser. New printer installed today. No problem at all printed with USB connection with desk top computer. Difficulty lies with laptop connected wirelessly. Thanks for any guidance.

Hello.
If the printer was originally set up with a USB connection, the drivers will have to be uninstalled and reinstalled in order to add it wirelessly to your computer.
