PIXMA TS8320 Won't Print All Colors

My new Pixma TS8320 will not print all colors.  Just yellow and black.  It was printing all but once I changed the yellow cartridge it won't print other colors.  Anyone else having a problem lke this?

Hi Bigpitch18,

 

Please open the cover to your PIXMA TS8320 and make sure that all of the tape/cellophane has been removed from each ink tank.  Once done, please close the cover.

 

Next, we will perform a test of your printer:

 

1.  Select the gear icon at the bottom of the display of your PIXMA TS8320 ().

 

2.  Select Maintenance.

 

3.  Select Nozzle Check and then Yes.

 

The test page will print.  Please compare yours to the example below:

If your test page does not look similar, please choose "Also B" on the printer's display and a printhead cleaning will be performed.

 

Once the cleaning is complete, please print another nozzle check.

 

If your TS8320 is not printing correctly after performing 3 cleanings, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via phone or chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below:
