PIXMA TS3722 - Black ink out, auto refill hasn't happened yet

Im signed up for the auto ink refill . They take my money out of my bank.

I have been out of Black ink now for a whole month.

Can't find a number nor a Email address to contact them

According to the Product Page, inks are in stock.

How did you first set up the auto re-ordering? Did you receive an email with any contact/support information?

Do you have a My Canon account? According to the Ink and Toner Cartridge Auto Replenish FAQs, your account will show the status of any order.

From an additional FAQ Page: "If your order is delayed or missing, please contact Canon Customer Service for assistance."

Your printer might have lost its connection to the Canon server, which prevents the "low ink" signal from triggering a shipment even if your subscription is active.

I recommend logging into your account directly to check the "Enrollment Status" and ensure your printer is still showing as "Connected." You can manage your shipments and find specific support contacts for the service here: Canon Auto Replenishment Service Support.

If the status looks fine online but you still have no ink, try restarting your printer's Wi-Fi setup to force a sync.
