PIXMA TS207 Black ink not fully printing

Hi. My Canon Pixma TS207 keeps on skipping 1 inch line horizontally. During nozzle checks, only half of the black is printed. Also, when printing images, black seems to be out of the print, but when I print documents sometimes it works well. Although most of the time it appears to be blurry.
